Oh my gawwwwwd y’all. This stays giving me chills! Since middle school your girl has wanted to visit. At a recent reveal I had a client say her friend was getting married and going to Villisca as a group and was looking for a photographer to take photos- you bet your little booty I was like ME ME MEEE. Seriously, I was so excited!
I love all of the different places and people our business has introduced us to. Kasie and I had such a blast!
Of course the entire trip there we listened to True Crime! We’re all caught up on My Favorite Murder so we listened to the seven-part series on Chris Watts by Big Mad True Crime. Right before arriving, we finished a podcast about the Villisca Murders so we would finish it right when we pulled up! I know this isn’t relevant per se, but I also figured there might be some other true crime fanatics here so I thought I would do a quick little podcast corner!
We have a couple of videos from the inside of the house up, make sure to check out our TikTok! We SWORE we heard noises in the blue room and I couldn’t even step into the attic the vibes felt so creepy!
Overall it was such a blast! This group was so much fun to hang with! A couple of people from the group have booked their own sessions with us too so the fun just keeps going!
We got permission to go in the cornfield and Kasie finally got his wish to have a photo of him with the corn! We also met the sweetest kitty that of course had to have it’s own little spooky photoshoot!
