Miss B has waited so patiently for me to share this blog. Since doing this session, she has given birth to a beautiful baby girl!
Not everyone feels constant joys and love and positivity while pregnant. Hell, I feel like I slept through most of my pregnancy when I wasn’t working two jobs! Miss A definitely needed a pick-me-up, and I was so happy to see her let go and truly enjoy herself during our session.
Everyone knows that the pressure is on when you get pregnant to get as many photos as possible. So when my expecting mamas come to me for a session, I’m especially excited that not only do I get to document LITERAL life in the making, but I get to help them celebrate and reconnect with their sensual self.
Motherhood involves so many pressures to be, act, and parent a certain way. Mothers are shamed if they do, shamed if they don’t. Maternity boudoir sessions are the best way to stick the middle finger up at those pressures and just enjoy yourself, in the moment- completely free of judgement.
